Car runs over utility worker in Lexington
Police say a car ran over a Lexington utility worker while he was working in a hole in a road.
A woman backed out of her driverway around 8:45 a.m. and turned onto Mentelle Park, her tire dipping into a hole. When she stopped to see if her car was damaged, she realised that one of her tires had run over a man that was hunched over in the hole working. The woman found help, and the man was taken to a hospital with injuries that aren't believed to be serious.
