An off-duty police officer was seriously injured in a Saturday morning accident in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The accident occurred at approximately 12:20 AM when a 45-year-old woman was driving south in her SUV on Camino Al Norte and turned left on La Madre Way in the path of the man driving his motorcycle. The off-duty officer riding his motorcycle was sent to University Medical Center. The driver of the SUV was uninjured. The officer was off-duty and riding his personal motorcycle.
