Pedacyclist killed in Middlesex crash
At 6:57 a.m., the Middlesex Police Department responded to the area of South Avenue and Howard Street after a 9-1-1 caller reported that a vehicle struck a pedalcyclist. An investigation led by Sgt. Mark Melchiorre and Officer Colin DeVincenzo found that a Jeep Patriot rear-ended a pedalcyclist while both were traveling west on South Avenue.
