Just before 8:15 rescue crews from Aetna Hose Hook and Ladder (Aetna HH&L), New Castle County Paramedics, and Delaware State Police Aviation’s Trooper 4 were dispatched to the intersection of Janice Drive and Aldershot Drive in Newark for reports of a pedestrian struck.
