A boy was struck and killed by an NJ Transit River Line train Thursday morning in Palmyra, officials said. The northbound light rail train hit the boy — described as a pedestrian — at 8:19 a.m. at the Chestnut Street crossing in the Burlington County borough, NJ Transit said.
