2 children killed in crash on US 84
Andria Nieto, 20, was driving a car with two children in it on U.S. 84 when the vehicle was struck by 19-year-old David Herrera. Both drivers were injured and taken to a hospital in Santa Rosa. The two children, Luciano Aragon, 12, and Juaquin Gutierrez, 7, were killed in the accident.
