According to a criminal complaint filed in Metropolitan Court, Zuni was driving drunk around 1 a.m. last Thursday when he crashed into a car being driven by Barboa near Comanche and Pennsylvania NE. Barboa’s car went through a brick wall and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
