Jonathan Lujan, 22, was driving a Jeep that rear-ended a Toyota pickup truck, causing it to roll over. The driver of the pickup truck, Hector Beltran, was pronounced dead at the scene. A 39-year-old woman and a 10-year-old girl who were passengers in the Toyota pickup were taken to the hospital.
