"The vehicle didn't stop at a stop sign and was struck by a semi-truck that was traveling south on 371," Tucker said.
The driver of the Kia Optima was killed in the crash, and two passengers inside the car were injured, Tucker said.

State Police say the incident happened around 7:30 a.m. on Saturday as 33-year-old Jessica Batemanwas driving a passenger car westbound on San Juan County Road 7010 at the intersection of State Road 371.
