Fatal Head-On Crash in Quay County
The initial investigation shows a 2000 Chevrolet truck, driven by Kayla Corrales (27) of Grady, NM was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 40 near mile marker 340. The Chevrolet truck collided head-on with a 2012 Honda Pilot that was traveling east on Interstate 40.
