Enrique Clemente-Ovando, 29, of Elmhurst, was struck and killed about a mile from his home, according to cops.

The first hit-and-run happened in Queens at around 4:30 a.m. when Enrique Clemente-Ovando, 29, of Elmhurst, was struck and killed about a mile from his home, according to cops. The driver fled the crash in a beige Toyota Camry with Pennsylvania plates, police said. Cops said the car was traveling east on Astoria Blvd. when it struck Clemente-Ovando, who was attempting to cross the road near 31st Ave.
