Cody Talanian, 17, had been taken to the hospital in critical condition but died Sunday night of his injuries as hundreds gathered at a local church to mourn the other four victims killed: 17-year-old Tristan Reichle, 18-year-old Jesse Romero, 14-year-old Carly Lonborg and 15-year-old Noah Tziamihaf.
Head-on collision kills four, injures three in Long Island
Four people were killed and three injured in Long Island early Saturday after a car swerved into oncoming traffic and crashed head-on into an SUV, police said. The horrific crash in Farmingdale was set in motion when a 2001 Nissan carrying five teens crossed into the eastbound lane on Conklin St. just after midnight, cops said.

Around midnight, two vehicles crashed into each other at the intersection of Conklin and Staples streets. One of the cars was speeding westbound on Conklin when the driver lost control and the car slid 100 feet into oncoming traffic hitting an eastbound vehicle.

The judge said he would treat Gloe as youthful offender at sentencing, which is scheduled for May 20, meaning his record would be sealed and he would not have a criminal record as an adult. He was 17 at the time.
Judge: Teen's 2nd arrest voids deal in street-racing crash
Gloe's arrest violates the terms of the plea deal he made with a judge for a different case. He pleaded guilty on March 10 to participating in a street race that ended in a crash that killed five of his friends in a separate vehicle in 2014 in Farmingdale.
