Moshe Herzog, 27, and David Schneebalg, 26, killed in collision with commercial truck on New York Thruway

State Police say it appears Moshe Herzog, 27, of Spring Valley, was driving a 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe southbound, near mile marker 29.1 in Rockland County's Suffern, when he tried to change lanes and possibly exit the Thruway at exit 14B around 1:45 a.m. He collided with a tractor-trailer in the right lane.
