Members of the Yonkers Police Department were dispatched to the northbound lanes of Central Park Avenue, near Sadore Lane at approximately 7:15 p.m. on Saturday, where there were reports of an accident involving an overturned vehicle.

Cordero’s family set up a GoFundMe[3] fundraising page[4] on Sunday, a day after the 19-year-old Yonkers resident was killed in a rollover crash that injured two others.

Officials confirmed that 21-year-old Yonkers resident Renzo Yance was arraigned on multiple misdemeanor charges in Yonkers City Court earlier this week, days after rolled his BMW M5 on Central Park Avenue, killing Cordero, injuring himself and another passenger.
