Two injured in explosion at Gallipolis plant
Gallipolis Police Chief Jeff Boyer tells WSAZ two people were transferring material when the explosion happened.
He says the explosion happened outside of the plant.
Two people were taken to the hospital. Their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
