I witness the accident on Fort Washington Way 8/20/16 at about 3:15 pm.  I stopped and tried to comfort two of the three small children as other men were getting into the van and pulling the kids and mom out.  Is there a report available for viewing.  I am interested in the welfare of the family involved.  Thank You,  Kerry Leonhardt
