Police responded to the scene of a two-vehicle crash on Grey Road near the intersection of Winton Road at 6:48 p.m.

Investigators said Emanuel was driving the car and spun out across the center line into the path of Shalisha Brown, 28, who was driving a Chrysler Pacifica. Brown suffered serious injuries and was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment.
