Lavizzo was driving a 2007 Toyota Camry south in the 6500 block of Daly Road about 11 p.m. when the car crossed the double yellow line and hit a 2008 Honda Fit traveling north, police said in a news release.

One driver is dead and another was injured Monday night after two cars collided head-on in College Hill. It happened shortly after 11 p.m. on Daly Road when a driver traveling south crossed into the opposite lanes, hitting a car head-on.
