Mariluz Silverio, 48, killed in multi-vehicle crash at Union Centre Boulevard and Muhlhauser Road in West Chester, Ohio

While crossing through the intersection, officials say a car attempted to turn left — illegally — from Union Centre onto Muhlhauser. That car and the truck collided, officials said.
