Victims ID'd in Batavia crash, fire
Frank Shockley III, 36, of Union Township, lost control of his vehicle, crossed the center median and struck a 2007 Hyundai Elantra head-on, injuring Katelyn Horn inside, troopers said at the scene.
Shockley was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Clermont County Coroner's Office, according to OSHP.
