OSHP said the driver of the the Dodge Caravan, Joseph Richmond, 43, of Amelia, traveled left of center and hit the Ford F-150, which was being driven by Anthony Williams, 65, of Batavia, head on. Williams' vehicle traveled off the right side of the road and into a ditch.
