O'Shea Slaughter was pronounced dead in his vehicle at East 140th Street and Aspinwall Avenue in the city's South Collinwood neighborhood, the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office said.
The man was pronounced deceased at the crash site, and the woman was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center in stable condition. The crash occurred when the driver was traveling north on East 140th Street around 12:40 a.m. Wednesday when the vehicle entered the southbound lanes and crashed into a wall and railing.
