Jarrod T. Mochnick, 25, killed in collision with semi truck on Ohio Turnpike in Hudson, Ohio

Mochnick was driving a 2014 Ford Fusion east on the turnpike when he went off the left side of the road and almost struck a cement median, the release says. He drove back on the road, crossed three lanes of traffic and struck a semi truck driving east.
