Troopers at the Chillicothe post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said Shirley Hart, 59, died after the Jeep Cherokee she drove ran a stop sign on southbound River Road and collided with a Toyota Tundra driven by Eldon Fyffe, 60, also of Chillicothe.
