Four killed, one seriously injured in fiery I-71 crash

Troopers identify four family members killed in Delaware County crash Monday

OSHP said all four people inside the Toyota RAV4 were pronounced dead on the scene. Bordeau was transported to Grant Hospital with life-threatening injuries. Mohamud was not injured.

Family killed in fiery crash on Interstate 71 in Delaware County identified

Abigail Sperl was driving a 2013 Toyota RAV4 south on Interstate 71 around 8 p.m. Monday when a 2008 Nissan Titan that was going north on I-71 drove off the left side of the road, through a median cable barrier and and struck the RAV4 head-on in the southbound lanes.

Troopers identify family of four who died in fiery I-71 wreck in Delaware County

The Nissan truck also caught fire. The semi driver, 39-year-old Ali Mohamud of Chelsea, Massachusetts, wasn't injured.
