Troopers said Amanda Fooce, a 35-year-old from Chillicothe, was driving a 2005 Dodge Neon south on SR 159 when she rear-ended a 2017 Peterbuilt semi with a trailer driven by 56-year-old Donald Nichols of Jackson.
