Man indicted for allegedly driving drunk, killing unborn baby, and fleeing scene
Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien made the announcement Tuesday. Tony Shea Muldrow, 38, allegedly drove his truck left of center and hit a Honda Accord head-on in the intersection of Hamilton Road and Dundee Avenue on August 13. He then reportedly fled the scene. The driver of the Honda, 36-year-old Roseline Keni, was in the left turn lane at the intersection.

Tony Muldrow, 38, has been indicted on 10 counts including vehicular aggravated vehicular homicide, aggravated vehicular assault, vehicular assault, failure to stop after an accident, and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them.
