Four-year-old ejected, killed in Fairfield County crash
An investigation is underway after the Ohio State Highway Patrol said a four-year-old boy was ejected from his mother's minivan and killed in Fairfield County on Monday night.
Troopers said the child was not believed to be buckled-in when his mother's vehicle left State Route 188 near Carroll Eastern Road, flipped over and struck a utility pole. According to OSHP, Natasha Anderson, 31, and her three other children under age 10 sustained non life-threatening injuries in the single-car crash.
