A FedEx truck, driven by Joseph Beachman, 54, was traveling westbound on SR-62 while a 2015 Toyota Rav-4, driven by Jane Sanford, 84, was traveling in the opposite direction. OSHP said Sanford’s car traveled into the other lane, hitting the truck driven by Beachman head-on.
