4 Injured In Crash On U.S. 23 In Waverly.
Four people were injured in a crash along U.S. 23 in Waverly Saturday afternoon.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred on northbound U.S. Route 23 in Pike County at about Noon.
Troopers said a 1995 Cadillac sedan Deville, driven by 33-year-old Amanda Fisher, of Waverly, was traveling north on U.S. 23 when she lost control of the vehicle and struck a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado that was traveling southbound on U.S. 23.
The Silverado was driven by 21-year-old Nichols Hiles, of Waverly.
Both drivers were transported to Adena Pike Community Hospital.
The passenger in the Cadillac, 31-year-old Christina Fisher, of Waverly, and the passenger in the Chevrolet, 67-year-old Glenna Cochran, of Waverly, were also transported to Adena Pike Community Hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
