Bicyclist killed in Logan County head-on crash

Troopers say a bicyclist was not wearing a helmet when he was struck head-on and killed in Logan County Friday night. While in the process of passing, Stevens struck a bicyclist head-on who was traveling south, before crashing into another vehicle. The crash remains under investigation, but troopers say neither speed nor alcohol are considered factors. Both drivers were wearing seat belts, but troopers say Yoder was not wearing a helmet when he was struck. Friday on a report of a crash involving two vehicles and a bicyclist.
