Kristy Ullery, 26, and Dominick Jennings, 30, in car accident on Markley Road in Laura, Ohio

A West Milton area man, Dominick Jennings, is in the Miami County Jail for a list of charges after an early Sunday morning rollover crash. The crash site was Markley Road just west of Davis Road in Union Township. According to deputies, Kristy Ullery, 26, was ejected from the vehicle as it rolled over into a farm field. Ullery was flown to Miami Valley Hospital where she was cared for and released. Deputies apprehended Dominick Jennings, 30, running from the scene of the crash. Jennings is jailed on suspected charges of OVI, drug possession, obstructing official business, failure to control and drug paraphernalia. There is an ongoing investigation.
