Dorothy Mease was injured after a vehicle backed over her in her driveway on Ridge Cross in Perrysburg, Ohio

According to the crash report, James Mease, 85, was backing his 2016 Honda Accord out of his garage to pick up his wife, Dorothy, in the driveway of their residence. As Dorothy opened the car door and began to position herself to get in, Mease said he couldn’t find the brake pedal and the car began moving backward. Dorothy was knocked to the ground.
