Oklahoma State Troopers say a Kia Soul driven by 23-year-old Kimberly Quals, of Baxter Springs, Kan., was eastbound on US-69A when it drifted into the wrong lane for unknown reasons, striking a westbound Nissan Versa driven by 26-year-old Kayleigh Vann, of Quapaw.
