Moore man killed in Dewey County, Oklahoma crash Monday

Stuteville and a passenger, Taylynn Stuteville, 18, were not injured. 
Travis Scott Tarver, 20, of Moore was killed in a Dewey County crash when he passed a tractor-trailer, lost control of the pickup and hit a tree about 4:50 p.m. Monday on U.S. 270. He was taken to a Seiling hospital where he was pronounced dead. A passenger, Jason Guevara Siliezar, 19, was taken to OU Medical Center in critical condition. Tarver was driving southeast on U.S. 270 when a tractor-trailer driven by Chad D. Stuteville, 40, of Seiling, slowed to make a turn. Tarver passed the tractor-trailer at high speed and lost control of the pickup, overturned and crashed into a tree. Seat belts were in use by everyone in both vehicles.
