Around 2:30 a.m., a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta was traveling west on Moccasin Trail Road when the collision report states the driver failed to yield at a stop sign. The Jetta continued west across all lanes of North Harris Avenue, went over a curb and through a ditch, striking multiple trees.
