OHP investigating fatal crash in Seminole County

Troopers say they initially got a call about a driver going the wrong direction down the interstate just before the accident happened.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a car driven by Todd Cahill, 45, was traveling the wrong way on the interstate and hit another car in the inside lane and continued east and hit an additional car causing it to depart the roadway to the left.
