An Oklahoma Highway Patrol collision report states that a 2019 Chevrolet Malibu hit a pedestrian around 9:15 p.m. on Sunday on U.S. Highway 281 at County Road 1410 about 5 miles north of Apache. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
