Nikisha Lynn Farris, 34, and William Othel Maddox, 57, both of Oklahoma City, were identified as two of three people who died Friday in a head-on collision near Bison, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

About 8:15 p.m. Friday, a car with one driver and one passenger was headed north in the southbound lane of the highway about a half mile south of Bison. It struck the car of Antonio Medina Jr., 23, of Enid, who was traveling northbound. Medina, who was wearing a seat belt, died at the scene, troopers said.
