Hit-and-run collision claims life of Enid man; two arrested
Enid Police Department Capt. Tim Jacobi said a collision occurred at about 12:13 a.m. Sunday between a blue 2014 Hyundai Sonata driven by Dick Bolear, 22, of Enid and Michael Reed, 40, of Enid, who was riding a bicycle in the 3400 block of East Randolph.
