Norman Police investigate deadly multi-vehicle crash on Hwy 9
Officials say the first investigation into the wreck suggests that a car traveling westbound on Hwy 9 crossed left of center crashing head-on with a car moving eastbound. The first collision led to three more cars crashing into the original wreck. Police say the driver who crossed the center line has been identified as a 62-year-old female. She was taken to a nearby hospital where she later passed away. She was the only passenger in that vehicle.
