About 6:10 p.m. Thursday, three vehicles were involved in a wreck along westbound Interstate 240, near Pennsylvania Avenue in Oklahoma City. A fourth vehicle, a pickup driven by Hernar Acevedo-Acevedo, 19, of Oklahoma City, struck the back of a car driven by Kendra Scott, 29 of Oklahoma City, after hitting a patch of ice on the highway, troopers said.
