McIntyre Law Chopper 4 flew over the scene of a pedestrian that had been hit by a vehicle at Southwest 41st and Independence. KFOR Pilot Mason Dunn says, police and EMSA are on the scene and allowing Southbound traffic to pass but Northbound may see slight delays.
