According to witnesses, the suspect vehicle was a white truck with a black flatbed. Witnesses said the driver attempted to pass another vehicle traveling north on Kickapoo, and hit the worker, who was standing on Westech.

More details are being released including the 911 call in a deadly hit and run that took the life of a 62-year-old utility worker.
It happened earlier this week just north of the Shawnee Mall. Investigators are now working to take the 17-year-old suspect into custody.
