Motorcyclist killed in Aiken County

An Aiken man was killed and three others injured in a traffic accident Thursday afternoon on US Highway 1 in Aiken County. Landry and a passenger in the car, Jerry Eargle of Aiken County, were also taken to Georgia Regents with injuries that were not considered life-threatening. Alfred Bush, 34, was driving one of two motorcycles that collided with a car that was making a left turn onto Highway 1 about 1:54 p.m., according to the Aiken County Coroner'€™s Office. He was taken to Georgia Regents Medical Center with injuries that were not considered life-threatening. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
