Coroner identifies pedestrian killed Wednesday on Sea Island Parkway on Lady’s Island
The pedestrian struck and killed by a vehicle Wednesday night on Sea Island Parkway on Lady’s Island has been identified as a 75-year-old St. Helena man, according to the Beaufort County Coroner’s Office. Mark Harbaugh, 75, of St. Helena Island died at the scene after 8 p.m. on Sea Island Parkway between Meridian Road and Youmans Drive, according to Tiffany Lovitt from the Beaufort County Coroner’s Office.
