2 sent to hospital after morning Bluffton Parkway crash
In the Lowcountry, a crash on Bluffton Parkway Friday morning sent two to the hospital, one of them needing to be transported by helicopter to Savannah Memorial with critical injuries.
A crash occured on Bluffton Parkway that sent two people to the hospital. According to witnesses, James McCoy, 44, was driving a Uhaul pick up truck when he hit the side of a vehicle driven by Carlos Alvarez-Nieva. The Uhaul then hit and flipped on top of a convertible driven by Mary Ann Leclaire, 57. Two people had to be extricated from their vehicles. Police are still investigating this incident.
