APD identifies motorcyclist killed in Northwest Austin crash
The driver of the Mustang is not expected to face any charges.
The victim in Wednesday evening's fatal motorcycle collision on Lakeline Blvd has been identified as David Crunk, 48. The crash occurred just before 9:00 p.m. Wednesday night just east of 183. Police say Crunk lost control of his motorcycle and collided with a Ford Mustang that was traveling west. The motorcyclist was trapped under the vehicle and died instantly. Police believe speed may have been a factor in the crash.
