Man, 25, charged after fatal motorcycle crash downtown
The vehicle turned in front of the motorcycle, causing the motorcycle to collide into the car. The motorcyclist, identified as 28-year-old Brian Young, died on the scene.
The driver of the vehicle, Edgar Zuniga, was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter.
Why every fatality from a crash is not legally a wrongful death
