One dead after driving SUV wrong way on SH-71
The driver of an SUV has died after crashing into oncoming traffic on East Highway 71 overnight on Sunday.

According to police, Mr. Sanchez was driving a 2004 Nissan Pathfinder west in eastbound lanes when his SUV struck a 2007 Hino 268 commercial truck head-on.
The driver of an SUV, identified as Roberto Sanchez, has died after crashing into oncoming traffic on East Highway 71 overnight on Sunday. The accident occured around 1 a.m. near Ross Road, East of the SH-130 toll road. Austin-Travis County EMS reported that the driver died after hiting a cargo van. The driver of the cargo van is not injured.
